Fulda is on the ICE high-speed rail line. From the station it is just a few minutes to us by taxi or car, and buses also run to Künzell.

Frequently asked questions
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, breakfast is always included. We serve it in Saal Flora. All our jams are homemade, and we cook scrambled and fried eggs fresh for you. Breakfast is usually served from 7 to 10 am on weekdays and from 8 to 10 am at weekends. Depending on the season and occupancy, we're happy to arrange the time with you personally.
When can I check in, and when do I need to check out?
Your room is ready from 4 pm, and check-out is by 10:30 am. Reception is staffed Tuesday to Saturday from 4 to 10 pm and on Sundays from 3 to 9 pm. Reception is not staffed on Mondays. On those days we'll arrange your check-in with you by email beforehand, and you'll also automatically receive an email with all the details. You'll find your key in the key box to the right of the main entrance. If you're arriving after 9:30 pm on any other day, please let us know in good time so that we can arrange check-in via the key box.
Can I arrive on a Monday or late in the evening?
Yes. On Mondays we'll arrange your check-in with you by email beforehand, and you'll automatically receive an email with all the details. You can then collect your key from the key box to the right of the main entrance. If you're arriving after 9:30 pm on any other day, please get in touch with us in good time so that we can arrange check-in via the key box with you.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. Assistance animals such as guide dogs and assistance dogs are, of course, very welcome.
Can I store my bike safely?
Yes. So that we can get everything ready, please let us know when you book or before you arrive that you're coming by bike.
Where can I charge my electric car?
The most powerful charging station nearby is the EnBW-Ladepark Kaiserwiesen on the B27 (Keltenstraße 20, 36043 Fulda): 10 CCS rapid charging points with up to 150 or 300 kW and one CHAdeMO connector, open around the clock. In Künzell, you can charge at Lidl (Landweg 2) at two 60 kW CCS rapid charging points, Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 9 pm.
Is the hotel accessible?
Not fully, but we always find a solution. All 18 guest rooms can be reached by lift, and all bathrooms have level-access showers. There are, however, a few steps up to the breakfast room. If you use a wheelchair or need assistance, just let us know when you book and we'll plan your stay together with you.
Is there parking and Wi-Fi?
Yes, both are free: a large car park right by the house and Wi-Fi in all rooms.
When is the restaurant open?
From February to December, Tuesday to Saturday from 4 pm and Sunday from 3 pm, with hot food until 9 pm. We are closed on Mondays. Our opening hours don't apply to celebrations and private parties: we'll arrange the date and time with you personally, Mondays included.
