Our host, Leonora Frohnapfel, is herself active as a volunteer trainer with the Wirtschaftsjunioren Deutschland. She knows from her own experience what makes a good seminar day: from the right room and the right technology to a break in which you can really catch your breath.

Saal Kilian

20 to 60 participants

The room for meetings, seminars and workshops. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of daylight. A private covered terrace with up to 40 seats and direct access to the beer garden make breaks a chance to breathe. The coffee station is ready and waiting at the bar.

Saal Flora

10 to 30 participants

With a flexible glass partition, the room adapts to your group, from a small retreat to a seminar. Deep windows frame the view of the Rhön, and the old fortified church is right next door.

Catering

Good breaks make for good meetings

We put together your catering to match the way your day runs: coffee and drinks from the start, filled rolls, fresh fruit or antipasti during the breaks, and a hot lunch from our kitchen. Water and spritzers come from RhönSprudel here in the region. If you wish, we can offer an all-inclusive day delegate package.

Questions about your meeting

How will your delegates get here?

Der Florenberg is in Künzell, 5 km outside Fulda. Fulda has an ICE high-speed rail station, just a few minutes away by taxi or car. There is a large free car park right by the house.

Can delegates stay overnight?

Yes, we have 18 double rooms in the house, all accessible by lift. Breakfast is always included. For meetings lasting several days, we are happy to reserve the rooms for you at the same time.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free catering?

Yes. Just let us know when you enquire and we will plan vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dishes for the breaks and lunch.

What equipment is available?

Projector, screen, flipcharts, pinboards, facilitator kit and Wi-Fi. If you need anything else, just tell us when you enquire.

Can breaks be spent outdoors?

Yes. Saal Kilian has its own covered terrace seating up to 40 and direct access to the beer garden with views over the Rhön.
