2. The essentials in brief
Our website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and images are stored on our own web server, but traffic is routed through the protection and acceleration service Cloudflare (see section 3a). Maps, Instagram and our booking system are only linked: data is transferred to these providers only when you click the link.
3. Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, in Germany. When you visit the pages, the server automatically stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system, previously visited page). This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The log files are deleted after [7] days at the latest. We have a data processing agreement with the provider (Art. 28 DSGVO).
3a. Protection and acceleration service (Cloudflare)
To protect our website against attacks and to deliver it quickly, we use the Cloudflare service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit our pages, your requests are routed through Cloudflare's servers; in particular, your IP address is processed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). [Please check: data processing agreement with Cloudflare and the legal basis for the transfer to the USA, e.g. EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.]
4. Enquiry forms
If you send us an enquiry via a form for a meeting, a celebration or an initial wedding consultation, we process your details (name, email, phone, preferred date, number of guests, message and other voluntary information) in order to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare an offer (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). The data is sent to us by email from our web server (via Cloudflare, see section 3a) and is received and stored in our email mailbox at Microsoft 365. Beyond that, we do not pass it on to third parties. If no contract is concluded, we delete the enquiry after [12] months at the latest, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Contact by email or phone
If you call or write to us, we process your details in order to deal with your request (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b or lit. f DSGVO).
6. Online room booking
For room bookings, we redirect you via a link to our booking system DIRS21. The provider's privacy notice also applies there. We process the data provided when booking in order to carry out your stay (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and to fulfil legal obligations, such as the registration requirement for accommodation providers (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO).
7. Links to Google Maps, Instagram and other websites
Our pages contain links to Google Maps, Instagram and places to visit in the region. You only leave our website when you click such a link; the respective provider is responsible for data processing there.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 DSGVO), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Simply write to us at [email protected].
You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
